Hello I’m Susan
A warm welcome to my page.
I am a qualified yoga teacher living and working in South West London. I teach gentle hatha yoga including mindful movement, breath-work and meditation techniques.
Everyone is welcome in my classes and I strive to make them accessible to all. Each asana taught is offered with a variety of progressions as well as modifications. You are given the space to explore your own expression of each asana rather than trying to fit your unique body into a prescribed shape.
I am also a specialist menopause yoga teacher, teaching specifically designed yoga practices as well as running Menopause Awareness workshops, giving women the opportunity to come together, support each other and gain some valuable knowledge and skills to help them through this natural transition in their lives. I’m glad that you have found my page and I hope we can work together soon.

About me
First of all let me introduce myself.
I am a mum of three lovely kids, all grown up now, a yoga teacher, and in my earlier life I worked as a social worker in two London Teaching Hospitals. After the birth of my third child, I retrained as a dyslexia tutor and worked in local primary schools for the following sixteen years.
I now dedicate most of my working time to teaching yoga and running Menopause Awareness courses.
