Our Classes and Workshops

Gentle Hatha Flow

Wednesday and Sunday Mornings 9.15-10.15am Live online class
Some previous experience of yoga is useful but not essential as I do offer modifications to suit all levels. The classes start with a gentle warm up, moving into a flowing standing sequence, holding poses when appropriate, focussing on correct alignment and moving with the breath. We gradually cool down with some floor asana and finish with a short, guided relaxation.
Cost: £8 for drop in classes or £42 for a block of 6 sessions.

Yoga for Relaxation

Wednesday Evenings 7.30-8.30pm Live online class
These classes help you to rest and relax at the end of your day, and require no previous yoga experience. We start with some gentle and subtle movement, encouraging the body and mind to let go of any stress that has built up during the day. A gentle yoga practice follows and we complete the session, lying down, cosy under a blanket for a 20 minute nurturing, guided relaxation/yoga nidra meditation.
Cost: £8 for drop in classes or £42 for a block of 6 sessions.

Menopause Yoga Class

Live online: Held on first Tuesday of every
month 6.00pm-7.30pm
Each month we will look at a different symptom of the peri
menopause/menopause and have a 30 minute discussion and sharing of information, followed by a yoga practice including breathing techniques and relaxation practices.
Cost: £12
